Tenor Lute-kuleles

A four-string with the body of a small lute. The lute-kulele takes the standard tenor ukulele scale and pairs it with a ribbed lute body, a carved rose, and a deeper voice than any flat-back uke can produce. It is the simplest way to get lute character without committing to seven or eight courses.

Walnut and variegated finishes. Solid walnut bodies give the instrument a darker, drier voice than rosewood. The variegated finish highlights the natural figure of the wood across each individual rib of the bowl, so no two instruments look the same.

Standard tenor ukulele tuning. Tuned G-C-E-A like any tenor ukulele, so every chord shape, every tutorial, and every song book transfers directly. The body is different. The fingering is not.

Built for players who want lute voice without lute commitment. Lutes are eleven, thirteen, sometimes nineteen strings. The lute-kulele gives you six. The voice is closer to a lute than to a ukulele, and the learning curve is closer to a ukulele than to a
lute.
